The Go Roam Foundation Package transforms an empty panel van into a clean, insulated and carpet-lined space that is ready for camping, day trips, work or further conversion.
It covers the difficult and time-consuming first stages of a van conversion: sound deadening, insulation, lining and flooring. You receive a professionally prepared interior without paying for furniture, electrics or equipment that you may not need.

What is included?
Sound deadening
Sound-deadening material is applied to key areas of the van body to reduce panel vibration, road noise and the hollow sound of an untreated panel van.
Two-layer insulation
The rear load area is insulated using closed-cell foam and recycled-fibre insulation in suitable cavities, helping improve comfort and temperature control.
Carpet lining
Automotive stretch carpet is fitted to the exposed metalwork on the body of the van and suitable existing side, door and ceiling panels, throughout the rear load area.

LED lighting
Four recessed LED lights will be fitted to the roof panel and connected to the van’s existing interior lighting loom, providing practical lighting throughout the rear load area.
Insulated subfloor
A shaped 12mm subfloor is installed with an appropriate insulation layer beneath it, creating a solid and level base for the finished floor.
Hard-wearing vinyl flooring
The insulated subfloor is finished with durable, easy-to-clean vinyl flooring suitable for camping equipment, pets, muddy footwear and everyday use.

The Foundation Package is priced according to the size and wheelbase of your van
Small vans - £999
Examples include the Volkswagen Caddy / Caddy Maxi and Ford Transit Connect.
Medium vans (Short-wheelbase) - £1,099
Examples include short-wheelbase Volkswagen Transporters, Ford Transit Customs and Renault Trafics.
Medium vans (Long-wheelbase) - £1,199
Examples include long-wheelbase Transporters, Transit Customs, Trafics, Vauxhall Vivaros and Nissan Primastars.
Please note
The fixed price applies where the van arrives empty, reasonably clean and ready for work, with no existing conversion, racking or damaged panels to remove. Any bulkhead already fitted will remain completely untouched.
Additional preparation, replacement panels, repairs or non-standard materials will be discussed and agreed before work begins.

How it works
1. Book your conversion
Get in touch with any questions or head straight to the booking form. Choose an available morning to drop off your van, with collection the same day in the evening. We’ll confirm your vehicle details and finish choices before work begins. Pay the £499 booking deposit to secure your workshop slot.
2. Drop off your van
Bring your van to us on your booked morning between 8am & 9am, empty, reasonably clean and ready for work. We can take you drop you off in Upton-upon-Severn high street for you to explore for the day.
3. Collect your van and pay the balance
Once the work is complete, between 5pm & 6pm, we can collect you from Upton and bring you back to the workshop. The remaining balance is payable when you collect your van.
