An enquiry or booking request is not automatically accepted.
Your booking is confirmed once:

-
we have reviewed the information about your vehicle and requested work;
-
you have accepted the relevant package specification or quotation;
-
you have agreed to these terms;
-
any required deposit has been paid; and
-
we have sent you confirmation of the booking.
The agreed work will be defined by your package specification, quotation, booking confirmation and any later changes agreed in writing.
Photographs and previous projects are provided as examples and do not form part of your specification unless expressly agreed.
2. Information about your vehicle
You must provide accurate information about your vehicle and the work required.
This includes, where relevant:

-
its make, model, year and wheelbase;
-
its registration number;
-
existing conversions or modifications;
-
known leaks, corrosion, damage or electrical faults;
-
previous repair or installation work; and
-
anything else that may affect the work.
You confirm that you own the vehicle or have the owner’s permission to authorise the work.
You are responsible for obtaining any consent required from a finance company, leasing company or insurer.
We are not responsible for delays, compatibility problems or additional costs caused by inaccurate, incomplete or withheld information.
3. Prices, deposits and payment
The agreed price will be shown in the package description, quotation or booking confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, the price covers only the work, materials and components specifically included in the agreed specification.
Additional preparation or repairs may be chargeable. This may include:

-
removing existing conversions, racking or fittings;
-
cleaning a vehicle that is not reasonably ready for work;
-
repairing corrosion, leaks or damaged panels;
-
correcting unsafe or poor-quality previous work; or
-
carrying out work outside the agreed specification.
We will normally explain and obtain your approval before undertaking additional chargeable work.
Booking deposits

The Foundation Package requires a £499 non-refundable booking deposit. Deposits for other services will be shown in the relevant quotation or booking information.
The deposit:

-
secures workshop space for your vehicle;
-
allows us to begin planning the work;
-
allows us to allocate time and resources;
-
may be used to purchase materials or components; and
-
forms part of the total price.
The deposit will normally be non-refundable where you decide not to proceed because we will have reserved capacity and may already have committed time and costs to your booking.
This does not affect your statutory rights. We will provide any refund required by law and will not retain an amount that would be unlawful or disproportionate to the reasonable costs and losses caused by cancellation.

Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining balance must be paid when the work is complete and before the vehicle is released.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling
You must contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or move your booking.
Any statutory cancellation rights available to you remain unaffected.
Where you cancel after we have begun planning, purchased materials, reserved workshop capacity or started the work, we may retain the deposit or deduct reasonable costs and losses arising from the cancellation.
These may include:

-
planning or administration already completed;
-
materials and components already ordered;
-
supplier delivery, cancellation or restocking charges;
-
customised or vehicle-specific items;
-
work already undertaken; and
-
workshop capacity that we cannot reasonably rebook.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce our losses where practicable.
Requests to reschedule are subject to availability. We may allow your deposit to be transferred to another date, but repeated or late rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation.
We may need to cancel or reschedule where:

-
the workshop cannot be used safely;
-
essential staff are unavailable;
-
materials or components are unavailable;
-
the vehicle is unsafe or unsuitable;
-
required information or payment has not been provided; or
-
circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent the work.
Where we cancel and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, we will refund payments for work or materials that have not been supplied.
5. Vehicle condition and unexpected problems
The vehicle must arrive:

-
on the agreed date;
-
empty of personal belongings;
-
reasonably clean;
-
safe and accessible;
-
ready for the agreed work; and
-
in the condition previously described to us.
Please remove valuables before leaving the vehicle. We are not responsible for belongings left inside unless loss or damage results from our failure to take reasonable care.
We may photograph the vehicle when it arrives to record its condition and any existing damage.
Some problems may only become visible after panels, flooring or previous installations are removed. These could include:

-
corrosion;
-
water ingress;
-
damaged panels;
-
unsafe wiring;
-
unsuitable previous work; or
-
differences between vehicle variants.
If an unexpected issue affects the price, safety, quality or completion time, we will contact you before carrying out additional chargeable work.
Where necessary work is not approved, we may pause the job, revise the specification or complete only the work that can be carried out safely.
For the Foundation Package, any existing bulkhead will remain in place unless its removal or alteration has been expressly agreed in writing.
6. Materials, finishes and parts
We will use the materials, components and finishes included in the agreed specification.
Colours, textures, grains and patterns may vary slightly between samples, photographs and completed installations. Lighting and screen settings can also affect how colours appear.
Where a specified product becomes unavailable or is significantly delayed, we may propose a suitable alternative. We will obtain your agreement before making a substitution that materially changes the appearance, function, quality or price.
Customer-supplied parts
We may agree to install parts supplied by you, but we may refuse any part that appears:

-
unsafe;
-
damaged;
-
incomplete;
-
unsuitable;
-
incompatible with the vehicle; or
-
incapable of being installed to an appropriate standard.
Unless we agreed to select or source the part, you are responsible for ensuring it is suitable for your vehicle.
We remain responsible for carrying out the agreed installation with reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for an inherent fault or failure in a customer-supplied product.
7. Timescales, changes and collection
Any turnaround time is an estimate unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed completion date.
Completion may be affected by:

-
the condition of the vehicle;
-
hidden problems;
-
customer-requested changes;
-
delayed customer decisions;
-
supplier availability;
-
specialist work; or
-
circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will keep you reasonably informed of significant delays.
Any changes to the agreed specification should be confirmed in writing. Changes may affect the price, materials, layout and completion date.
We will notify you when the vehicle is ready for collection.
You should inspect the work when collecting the vehicle and raise any immediate questions.

Minor snagging work may be arranged for a mutually convenient date.
The outstanding balance must normally be paid before the vehicle is released.
If the vehicle is not collected within seven days of the agreed collection date, and no alternative arrangement has been made, we may charge reasonable storage and administration costs caused by the delay.
8. Quality, warranties and problems
We will carry out our services with reasonable care and skill.
Goods and components supplied by us will be as described and must meet the standards required by applicable consumer law.
Any specific workmanship guarantee will be stated in your quotation, booking confirmation or completion documents.
Products and components may also have a manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer determines the duration and conditions of that warranty.
Warranties may not cover:

-
normal wear and tear;
-
misuse or neglect;
-
accidental damage;
-
failure to follow operating or maintenance instructions;
-
unauthorised alterations;
-
faults in the underlying vehicle; or
-
defects in customer-supplied parts.
Please contact us promptly if you believe there is a problem with our work. We may ask for photographs or arrange to inspect the vehicle.
You must normally give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct work for which we are responsible before arranging repairs elsewhere.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
9. Insurance, responsibility and general terms
You are responsible for:

-
notifying your insurer about the conversion or installed parts;
-
checking any requirements imposed by a finance or leasing company;
-
maintaining and using the vehicle and installed equipment correctly;
-
meeting any applicable DVLA or vehicle-classification requirements; and
-
ensuring that the completed vehicle is suitable for your intended use.
We do not guarantee that work will result in a particular DVLA classification or be accepted by every insurer, finance company, campsite or other third party.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract, negligence or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by:

-
an existing vehicle defect;
-
inaccurate information provided by you;
-
a faulty customer-supplied part;
-
misuse or failure to follow instructions;
-
unauthorised third-party alterations; or
-
circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where it would be unlawful to do so or removes your statutory consumer rights.
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
These terms and your contract are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Customers may retain any right under consumer law to bring proceedings in the part of the United Kingdom where they live.
